Individual Assessments

Individual Assessments are offered to all new patients who wish to attend the Arcturus Health Clinic.

Our three Clinical Directors, Barbara Wren, Faith Luke Fennel and Dr. Stephen Hopwood provide the opportunity for a 60 minute Consultation to welcome people, take a full history and explain the principles and practises of what we have on offer.

All are well versed and familiar with both the Health Cultivation Principles and the Sustainable Health Care Principles and will help you in developing a plan to support the cultivation of your health and immunity which is designed to allow you to maximise your capacity to self heal. A health cultivation plan will involve analysis of a complete spectrum of information, principles and practises that will allow you to begin to develop a clear sense of what to do, what not to do and exactly why it is beneficial to follow these guidelines.

Our clinical directors will then be a constant source of support, professionals who will guide and direct you and help you navigate the range of information and approaches through to a successful outcome – sustainable health.

Barbara Wren is available for consultations every other Wednesday afternoon and Faith Luke Fennel and Dr.Stephen Hopwood are available most days of the week at the Arcturus Clinic.

The cost of these consultations is £50, although concessions are available and applications to our “Health without wealth fund” are welcomed.
