How to use flower remedies
Bach flower remedies were created to address emotional problems and are a holistic form of medicine that treats the person rather than the disease. There are 38 different remedies (as well as Rescue Remedy), which can be taken individually or in combination, although it’s not recommended to combine more than seven.
The solution should be mixed in a 30ml dropper bottle. Put in two drops of each remedy, then top up with mineral water. You can then take four drops straight from the bottle, dissolved on or under the tongue four times a day, or you can put two drops of each remedy into a glass of water and sip from this throughout the day.
If you wish, you can add the remedies to boiling water or a hot drink such as tea or coffee. This will evaporate some of the alcohol, but won’t affect the potency of the remedy.
