In a living nutrition consultation, you and Holly work together to get to the root of the problem rather than just deal with symptoms. Optimisation strategies are recommended to resolve the issue at all levels. This could be adjustments to your diet, the addition of supplements and herbs and/or other lifestyle practices and therapies. Holly works with you to help you to move forward towards fulfilling your true peak potential in every regard, health and otherwise. She is happy to help with any problem physical, emotional or spiritual.
Holly is best known for her unique and deep understanding of natural nutrition and well-being. With twenty years of experience teaching living nutrition and natural lifestyle, she has gained a reputation for making healthy food delicious, simple and easy to implement with life-changing results. Tonic herbs and nutritional supplementation help to take well-being to another level. Holly currently works with the College of Living Nutrition.
Holly brings a variety of modalities to support her nutritional work. She is a qualified hypnotherapist with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and is versed in shamanic techniques including the healing songs of the Amazon and real sky astrology. Her key speciality is nutrition and supplementation for the neural system, mental performance and emotional well-being. The increasing prevalence of unnatural electromagnetic frequencies has a significant effect on our mental function and this is an issue that Holly can help with.
In addition to consultations, Holly offers classes in regenerative nutrition including a repertoire of simple delicious recipes using some of the most powerful ingredients for human health known.
Holly is passionate about our potential as humans to get into the states we would truly like to be in and has discovered and seen for herself that we can make tremendous progress even, maybe especially, in these times that we live in. Abundant health is an aspect of well-being at all levels.
From the earliest age, Holly felt driven to investigate the human situation and how we became the way we are today. She was an early raw food pioneer and developed this view of nutrition to make raw foods a large part of a successful nutrient-rich diet which takes into account the circumstances we face today. She researched the vast improvements in well-being possible from this lifestyle and outlined the findings and recommendations that came out of this in the book Food for Consciousness, Getting Back on Track of our True Peak Potential.

Holly works with the College of Living Nutrition, she has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis in London, a Certificate in Celebrancy, and a Bachelors Degree in Physics from York University.
