Faith Luke-Fennell leads a team of professional therapists with many years of experience between them, offering a wide variety of relaxing and therapeutic treatments, as well as the highly beneficial Floatation Tank.

It is a way of staring at weeks of pure white snow in just one hour, - then returning to the everyday world with a new intensity and sense of well-being on every level. Our Floatation room is probably about the size of a small garden shed. The tank itself is filled with 10 inches (260mm) of water, which is saturated with 400 kilograms (-nearly half a ton!) of Epsom Salts, and constantly maintained at skin temperature. Strict hygiene procedures are followed, and the water is cleaned and filtered between each session.
Benefits:- Floating reduces levels of stress-related bio-chemicals such as adrenalin and cortisol, and stimulates the production of endorphins (ie): the body's natural opiates and painkillers.
- Floating helps release aches and pains in our joints and muscles –including headaches, neck and back pain, and even arthritis and rheumatism.
