Claire has a life long passion for natural healing and has undertaken further training in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and Shamanic Hands – On Energy Healing. She is committed to meditation, her own self-healing and leading a holistic life. Over the past few years Claire has had a lot of experience of living and working in spiritual communities. This has given her invaluable experience in communicating with, and helping, people with a wide range of issues. Importantly, her consultations aim to create a loving and safe space in which clients can expect to be listened to. She has observed in practice that this is a crucial part of the healing process. Herbal medicine is very much tied in with nutrition and Claire is very interested in using laboratory hair mineral analysis with some clients who show signs of nutritional deficiency. With all clients she will offer dietary plans and advice to compliment their herbal prescription. Claire is very interested in skin health and is thrilled to be working on a local, new venture to manufacture natural, sustainably produced skin care products and cosmetics. |
