Personal information:
It gives me great joy to see people improve their health and understand how they can maintain a sense of wellbeing. My aim is to bring about balance in the body and mind to help people achieve the best health that is possible for them.
I have a personal and family history of coeliac disease dating from the 1970s and a good understanding of how diet can affect our minds, bodies and lives both beneficially and adversely.
I began studying homeopathy in 2003 after many years of using it at home and am constantly thrilled to see the difference that it can make.
If you’re not sure if I’m able to help with your particular health issue then give me a call or drop me a line and I’ll be happy to discuss it with you.
On a personal level, I’m married with a fabulous blended family of amazing individuals and when I’m not working I love spending time at the beach or just being in nature.
